As you might have found out from the previous post, we are having our families leave their hand print on the wall of the baby's room and converting them into flowers. It's important to us to pass on the importance of family to our children. I truly believe the old proverb "It takes a whole village to raise a child". We wanted to start the baby out enjoying the hands that will help raise him/her.
The Roberts' side of the family was able to leave their mark this weekend on their way to enjoy spring break with more family in Kansas. We had a really nice evening! We at dinner at Stooky's in Thorntown. It's an awesome restaurant that is known for its onion rings and catfish! Then, after dinner, everyone came back to our house to do handprints, enjoy a cup of coffee, then get back on the road again.
Here are some pictures from evening!
More to come...
