Isabella is 2 months!

Miss Isa went to her two month appointment the other day. She is 14 lbs 10 oz - which is off the chart for babies her age! She was also 23 3/4 inches long, putting her in the 90th percentile for her age! What a big girl!!!

She's smiling and cooing a lot. She also has awesome control of her head and is upset when she's not setting up to see whats going on! This girl isn't going to miss anything!

Build-A-Kitty

This past week my family got the opportunity to go to the Build A Bear Workshop to use a gift certificate the little bug got as a Christmas present. Not only did Madelyn get to have fun making her own kitty (that she picked out), she was surprised by her Grandma and Grandpa Roberts! Marc's family was on their way out to Kansas to visit more family and it worked out for us to meet up!

Maddie had a great time making her kitty! I'm so glad we were able to go and glad we had the opportunity to visit with family! It was a very fun afternoon!

Gone Fishin'

This Sunday after church, our family went out to eat. While dining on our buffet lunch of noodles, sweet and sour chicken, and spring rolls, Abby and my mom decided that the girls should go to Ma and Pa's to play in the new sand for the sand box. This conversation some how led to going fishing - which my dear husband jumped at! (He's been wanting to go fishing for a while!)

So after lunch, we went home for naps. While the girls slept, Marc worked on getting the Snoopy fishing poles that my sisters and I used when we were girls ready for our trip. After we got to my parents house to let them know we were ready to go, I'm not sure who was excited more, Marc or the Abby and Maddie!

They had a good time. Each girl caught a fish. Marc caught one as well. I wasn't as fortunate, but I'm feeling my luck will change on our next trip!

Isabella's One Month Old!

Isabella turned one month on the 30th of April. So I know this post is a little late, but what can I say? I'm a busy mom!
